Michele Alboreto nasce a Milano il 23 dicembre 1956. Riservato, quasi timido, mostra una caparbietà eccezionale: nemmeno cinque anni dopo i primi giri di ruota, Alboreto è già in F1 con la Tyrrell. Ha la grande capacità di incanalare in modo positivo tutta la sua aggressività per andare più forte: le vittorie con la Tyrrell colgono di sorpresa molti, ma non chi lo conosce bene. McLaren e Ferrari gli offrono un sedile, Michele sceglie il fascino del Cavallino Rampante. Michele diventa ancora più riservato, quasi diffidente. Il 1985 è il suo anno migliore, ma il grande sogno di diventare campione mondiale sfuma con l’inaffidabilità dei turbo Garrett scelti dalla Ferrari per il finale di stagione. Sfumato il passaggio in Williams nel 1988, Michele chiude la carriera in F1 in team minori. Ma non abbandona le corse e finisce con l’approdare alle vetture Sport: nel 1997 corona il sogno di vincere la 24 Ore di Le Mans. Michele Alboreto was born in Milan on December 23, 1956.
